Project Overview
A creator app that turns a written script and a handful of photos into a narrated, captioned reel — with kinetic typography that adapts to Bangla, Hindi or English automatically. Alongside the reel studio it ships multi-model AI chat, a prompt-template library, a headshot generator and a short-clip "Feels" studio, all behind a credit and subscription system.

Challenges I Solved
- Video composition runs on the device rather than a render farm, so the pipeline had to finish fast on mid-range phones without a server round-trip.
- Bangla, Hindi and English each need their own font stack — the caption engine detects the script and picks the matching typeface across 11 styles.
- A render interrupted by the user closing the app cannot lose work, so reels are auto-saved as they are composed.
What I Delivered
Full Flutter app for devcenter.dev: on-device reel rendering with kinetic captions, multi-script typography engine, AI chat and image studios, Node.js backend, and the credits + subscription stack.
