Project Overview
Tag → store → search → locate for warehouse pallets on Zebra RFID handhelds. Configurable RBAC, duplicate-scan increments, inventory count mode, barcode merge, photo upload, CSV-exportable audit log with 1-year retention. Delivered with a full requirement-by-requirement traceability matrix so the client's own dev team plugged straight in.

Challenges I Solved
- Zebra RFID SDK has no Flutter support: wrote Kotlin platform-channel bridges (now open-sourced as rfid_kit)
- Duplicate scans during count mode: designed increment logic that ignores repeat reads within a window
- Handover to the client's in-house dev team: wrote a 100% requirement-by-requirement traceability matrix
- Offline resilience on handhelds when Wi-Fi dropped mid-warehouse

End-to-end backend + Zebra handheld integration + requirement traceability documentation for handover.

- Client's own dev team picked up maintenance on day one — no rescue engagement needed
